I used to think you could change a person’s opinion by exposing them to facts. Now I think one changes facts to fit their opinion. For example, If a person works late every night, slaves at the desk and is the last one to leave.
- If you like the person, you note how dedicated they are – committed to the work
- If you do not like the person, you note how they have to struggle to keep up with the job.
